Move forward with a holistic healing plan and feel better in a lot less time

(with a lot less worry, anxiety and confusion).

When you are facing a diagnosis of breast cancer, you will firstly need to empower yourself with high quality information. It is my passion to provide you with the best information I can, based on my years of experience with natural healing, as well as going through breast cancer myself in 2004.

These are the areas that I found I needed help with when I was newly diagnosed. It is my sincere hope that the information provided in this article will help you as well.

Emotional Health

Your emotional health is really important, especially when facing a new diagnosis like breast cancer. It’s normal to feel fear, apprehension, anger, anxiety but I hope you won’t linger in those places too long. The cells of your body are listening to your thoughts 24/7 and doing their bidding. So let’s give them an ultra-positive message.

Here are some articles to help with your emotional health:

Information You Will Need

Surgery: If you have been recommended to have reconstructive surgery, I have articles explaining the different types of reconstructive surgery available to you – just click on this category:
Breast Cancer Surgery to see a list of them all. Good idea to read through all of them as they are quite different and each has its own pro’s and con’s.

Chemotherapy: If you have been recommended to have chemotherapy, I have many articles devoted to helping you through that. Here is a link to all of them. The best course of action when deciding about chemotherapy is to ask your doctor if you can have a test known as the Oncotype DX. There’s another test known as the MammaPrint Test, both are tumor profilers. Based on the information these tests provide, you and your doctor can then decide how best to treat your cancer, or even choose no further treatment after surgery. They are expensive tests, but often insurance will cover them (depending upon where you are in the world) and if they can save you from having toxic therapies down the track, worth the price.

Radiation: If you have been recommended to have
radiation, I have quite a few articles about how to protect your skin while undergoing radiotherapy, as well as other things you can take that will assist. Here is a link to all of my
articles on radiation, choose the one(s) that resonate with you.

How-To Courses

After years of being a breast cancer coach, I observed that there were quite a few questions that people needed answers to on a pretty regular basis, so I developed a how-to-get-through-it course entitled “Toxic Free Me”.

This course was initially created for women who have hormone driven breast cancer and have been prescribed hormone blockers and who do not wish to go that route – that is the number one question that I am asked every day, how to effectively avoid them and stay well. But I have also included other types of breast cancer in the course as well so that women with HER2+ cancer and triple negative breast cancer could benefit from the information as well. I have more information about the course here:

Also because I know that learning meditation has extremely good effects for anyone going through a cancer diagnosis and/or treatment, and because some people live in areas where classes aren’t available, I created an online how-to-meditate course:

I hope this has helped you! Feel free to comment below with suggestions on information you would like included on this page.

About Marnie Clark

Hi I’m Marnie Clark, breast cancer survivor turned coach. I have 20 years of experience in natural medicine.

In 2004/05 I battled breast cancer myself. You can see more about my journey on my page

Breast Cancer Diary.

I’ve been healthy and recurrence-free since 2004 and in 2012 I became a Breast Cancer Coach because I became aware of the fact that whilst there is now a wealth of information on the Internet, much of it is confusing, conflicting, and sometimes just wrong!

So it is my duty to help you unconfuse and untangle all that information, and find what works for YOU.
